Q: I want to bring our parents and our children with us. Can you still help?
A: We sure can! We specialise in groups of up to 40 guests (including the bride and groom) so please contact us with specific details and we can tailor a package to suit your needs.
Q: We want to get married on a Saturday. Can we do this?
A: You certainly can – but please bare in mind that we charge a premium for this day and this extra charge is NOT included in our package rates. The reason for this is that our local experts are booked up to two years in advance for local weddings on a saturday.
Q: We’re a same sex couple – do you do weddings for same sex couples?
A: ABSOLUTELY we can! We have done a number of same sex marriages since the laws changed in Australia. We’d love to help you say I do and can customise a package to suit you both.
Q: How far in advance can we book?
A: A maximum of 12 months – but if you have a date in mind we’re more than happy to hold that for you. We already have bookings for 2 years away – so you can never be too organised!
Q: Are we able to pay this off on a payment plan?
A: You sure can. We can set up direct debit details for you so you can be as organised as you like. Just talk to us about what you have in mind.
Q: How personalised can we make the package.
A: Whatever you want – we can accommodate in one form or another. Personalised packages are just that. It’s all about you – after all it’s your day and we’re here and happy to help.
Q: We love what you do but want to get married at a different location than you have listed.
A: That’s okay – we can accommodate any location or idea that you have (as long as it’s in Tassie!!)

Q: Are you able to organise hair and make up for my mum/bridesmaid/friend?
A: Of course we can! Just let us know how many people and we can organise this for you.
Q: Where do we stay for the accommodation in the Platinum packages?
A: Once you have sent us an enquiry – we send back all of the details for you. To make sure that you have the best experience we have to factor lots of details in – so we make sure that everything is available and then give you the details. This way – you have the best experience right from your first enquiry.
We make sure that the accommodation is a minimum of 4 star – and we have stayed at all of the accommodation that we use – personally.
Q: What if I need to send information to people we’re inviting. Can you help?
A: We sure can! In fact we can create electronic or ‘real’ invitations which explain to all your guests what is happening. We can even organise everyone’s flights and accommodation to make sure that they’re getting the best deal possible so they’re able to celebrate your day with you. These are included as extras so just get in touch to find out more details.
Q: When do I have to pay?
A: Once all of the details are locked in and you’ve completed the booking form, depending on which package you choose to the payment details. As weddings are usually booked in advance – there are options for payment plans after your inital deposits. We can discuss all of these options once you have your date and details.
Q: I want to get married next week – can you do that?
A: There is legal considerations and the earliest you can get married is one month from when you complete your Notice of Intention to Marry.
We step you through all of the legal paperwork – so you need a minimum of one month before you’re able to tie the knot!
Q: Are you able to do something similar for our wedding anniversary? We want to renew our vows.
A: We LOVE doing wedding vow renewals! We can put together a package – obviously there is no legal paperwork to consider so this will save you a bit of money. We can do commitment ceremonies too 🙂
