Situated in Forth, a small town just 10 minutes from Ulverstone and Devonport (home of the Spirit) and 15 minutes from the airport, Purple House Estate is an easy drive, following the scenic coastline Northwest Tasmania is renowned for.
The arboretum, gardens and mazes were planted out in 1998 by the Robertson family.

Elopement wedding package

Micro Wedding Package
(10 people in total)
- Two night accommodation for the bridal couple and up to 8 guests at all of the Purple
- House accommodation options (Cottage, Silver birch Sanctuary, Platypus Pond, Fika Tiny House)
- Use of the Purple House Estate grounds for your ceremony/photos
- Your legal paperwork and personalised ceremony with our local celebrant
- Brides hair and make up (at the accommodation)
- Your wedding flowers (bouquet and buttonhole)
- Professional photography including 200 images edited and available as digital download (5
photographers to choose from) - Tasmania gourmet platter for after your ceremony

The Independent Couple
This option includes:
Two night accommodation for the bridal couple and up to 8 guests at all of the Purple House accommodation options (Cottage, Silver birch Sanctuary, Platypus Pond, Fika Tiny House)
- Use of the Purple House Estate grounds for your ceremony/photos / reception
- Expert advice and oversight from our Wedding Coordinator in the lead up to your wedding and also on the wedding day
- Use of the grounds for set up from 2pm the day before your wedding day
Total cost: $5,500.00
(applicable for all dates excluding Saturdays September – April. Some seasonal surcharges may apply for accommodation over holiday periods. $1000 security deposit not included)
Conditions:
- Venue closes at 11:30pm sharp on your wedding night – (all guests not staying on site to be departed by this time.)
- Purple House Estate is a BYO venue (for the couple) – responsible serving of alcohol must be adhered too and conditions to type of drinks (ie no shots and limited glass on site) and consumption to be discussed on an individual basis.
- All rubbish to be removed before 12 noon the day after your wedding.
- All vendors/suppliers on site for your wedding day must liaise directly with Pop Up Weddings for set up / pack up details.
